Configure the following steps if you are using Federal and State Withholding Tax activities in the onboarding process. This will allow System Administrators to configure the additional tax data for Federal Employer ID Number (FEIN) and Tax Account ID Number for all states.

Revision
The initial step is to create a new Content Revision. On On the Content Revision page, click "Review/Update" for Smart Forms.

In the Smart Forms lookup, select "Company Supplemental AttributeAttributes" Smart Form.
The Smart Form page opens as below. By default the Company Federal Employer ID Number (FEIN) field is pre-populated on this page.
Note: For existing cloud customers Company Federal Employer ID Number (FEIN) may not be available as default. They may have to add this field if needed.
Insert the Form Fields on form fields into the Smart Form. Since As the Form Fields form fields for Company Company Tax ID Number for all states have are already been defined in the system, there is no need to create these fields them again. Position

"Insert Form Field".
On the popup page, select the Input Type as "Edit Box" and click on "Lookup" to select the Form Field.
Use the lookup to search for Company Company Tax ID Number fields.
The Company Tax ID Number fields are available for are available for all states in the lookup. Click on the field for any the specific state you want to insert on into the Smart Form.
The selected field shows on the popup page as shown below. Check "Mandatory" checkbox to make this Form Field as mandatory and enter other fields to customize its display on the Smart Form.
Here, Label Type as "default" is selected and Display Label Colon and Mandatory checkboxes are checked.
Click OK.
The selected field will appear on the popup page as shown below. Check the "Mandatory" checkbox to make this form field required and enter additional details to customize its display on the Smart Form.
In this example, "default" is selected for Label Type, and both the Display Label Colon and Mandatory checkboxes are checked. After entering the data, click "OK".
The Form Field will be inserted on into the Smart Form page as shown below.

Click "Return" to navigate back return to the Content Revision page.
On the Content Revision page, click "Return to Manage Revision" to return to the main revision page.
The content added in the revision will not be available in the system until the revision is applied. To apply the Content Revision, click on the "Apply" on the Manage Revision pagebutton.
2) Provide Supplemental Attribute Data in Attribute Revision
Create a new Attribute Revision and provide specify the Smart Form field values for the Company attributes for which you wish to configure the for Supplemental Attribute Data.
The Company Supplemental Attribute Smart Form that has been edited in the above previous Content Revision will be available in the Attribute Revision for all Companies. The You can view the current attributes for Company can be seen on the Attribute Revision page. Select an Select the attribute that you wish want to configure and click on "Manage Attributes".
On the Manage Attributes page, click on the "Add/View Supplemental Attributes" hyperlink.
This page will show all fields that have been added in the above Content Revision. Enter the field values and save.
Scroll down the page and click the "Save" on the Manage Attributes pagebutton.

To add different data values to another Company attribute, you can do so by repeating the above process. repeat the process described above. After entering the data, click "Return to Manage Revision" and apply the revision.

After Once the Attribute Revision is applied, the data entered for Federal Employer ID Number (FEIN) and and Company Tax ID Numbers for all states will be available in the system. When an employee is being hired for the Company company for which the above setup is was done (in this case, "Research"), the associated values will be fetched dynamically retrieved in their Federal and State Withholding Tax form reports.
Note: Though Although the values associated with for Federal Employer ID Number (FEIN) and and Company Tax ID Number Numbers for all states is are available in the system, not all the states will have display both these values displayed in their State their State Withholding Tax form reports.
