This option will be available in under invitation actions after once the New Hire invitation has been launched. The "Selecting 'Resend Welcome" option ' will send a the self-registration email to the New Hire , providing a link to create their User ID and Password. This option is useful if the New Hire has not created their Smart Onboarding again, which can be helpful if they haven't created their Smart Onboarding account before the allotted time expiresexpired.

Click on "Info and Actions" and select link for the corresponding invitation, then choose "Resend Welcome" under the Actions tab.

The New Hire will receive a re-launched or resend welcome the invitation email, which will enable them allow the New Hire to create a User ID and password and begin their onboarding process.

To self-register, the New Hire should use the "START ONBOARDING" link provided in the re-launched or resend welcome email.

By clicking the hyperlink under in the pending tasks Outstanding Tasks section, the New Hire can restart begin their process. When they reach the benefits activities, they can edit the benefit forms as needed and then resubmit them to the HR admin for review.
