What is a System Administrator?
A System Administrator (or System Administrator or TA for short) is responsible for all user creation and maintenance, as well as being able to configure all aspects of the Smart OnBoarding Onboarding system, and add or modify content in the system. You may have as many System Administrators as you want in your organization, but the first user in the system is the default contact with Smart ERP for Smart OnBoardingOnboarding. However, you can change this default contact in Organization Management.
