My Tasks is a page that shows the Business User what needs to be done for their role type, or even specifically only for them. These tasks vary depending on the role type and where the candidate is in their Onboarding onboarding process. The tasks' timing to appear is dependent on the timeliness of the person doing the tasks before them. The first one appears on an HR Specialist's My Tasks page, after a candidate has finished their pre-screening activities.

There can be multiple tasks from one candidate at the same time, but only if they are independent of each other in the step. When the activities are sequentially dependent, only the first activity will appear in the My Tasks' list. In the Onboarding onboarding process page, the dependent activities have locks next to them. Although there may be multiple tasks from one candidate at the same time, they can be completed all in the Onboarding onboarding process page. If you leave the Onboarding screenpage, you can always come back to where you left off, seen in My Tasks as the last activity that you have not completed.
