After Organizational Onboarding, the first A System Administrator can invite additional or add new administrative users to assist in configuring Smart Onboarding. The administrative users can have three system user roles the organization. They can assign the administrative users as System Administrators, Process Administrators or Content Administrators. Note that Process Administrators and/or Content Administrators are optional, as a System Administrator can perform all of the activities that these users do.
