A System Administrator is responsible for all user creation and maintenance, as well as being able to configure all aspects of the Smart Onboarding system, and add or modify content in the system. You can have as many System Administrators as you like in your organization. The first user in the system is the default contact with Smart ERP for Smart Onboarding. You can change this default contact in Organization Management.
