It is up to the Smart Onboarding users how they manage their social accounts. They can keep the third party external accounts linked or unlinked based on their preference.  

Using Manage Social Accounts, the users can unlink their third party external accounts that are no longer required to them.

Who can access Manage Social Accounts?

Smart Onboarding users with all role types can access Manage Social Accounts.

How do you access Manage Social Accounts?

Click the Menu icon.

Click Manage Social Accounts under Authentication.

How to unlink third party provider accounts?

Manage Social Accounts page displays all the external providers that you are linked to.

Click on Unlink Account of an account type that you want to unlink.

A delete confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes to confirm.

You will notice that the row belonging to the unlinked account is deleted from the page. Click Save.

If required, you can again create a link to the external account by clicking on the provider's name on the login page and entering your User ID and Password.
