Why is Review Content important?

You can see how many of each content categories that you have in the system. Beyond that, it allows you to be able to view the details of the content. In comparison to "Revise Content," which only allows you to view your additions or modifications, Review Content allows you to see all of the content. It is a good way to figure out if you want to make a Content Revision.

How do you access Review Content Revision?

Click the Menu icon on the Menu Iconthe top left corner of the page.

Under Revisions, Click Review Content under Current SetupRevision.

How do you see the content details?

Click View on the content category you want to look more intoThe content details page is displayed as below. Click on View of any content category to look into more info.

For each of them, it the Content Category, viewing the details of the content is the same method - click on Search. You can also filter it so it's easier either click on search or filter it by entering the details to find a specific one.

Click on one that you want to see more ofthe content ID or description to view the content details.

You can now see what is inside of this particular notification template.

If you want to change something about itthe content of the the notification template, you can do that using a content revisionContent Revision.
