This option allows users to configure the attributes that are being used in the Smart Onboarding process. This includes controlling which attributes will show on a New Hire's invitation and which will show on the Complete Job Details page for HR Specialists, allowing contextual content on certain attributes, and controlling the required fields on the invitation.
