This option allows users to make changes to certain Smart Onboarding features through a Revision. Any changes made to the properties through process overrides the settings configured in Product Preferences. 

Who can access Revision Process Preferences?

Users with System Administrator and Process Administrator role types can access Revision Process Preferences.

How do you access Revision Process Preferences?

Revision Process Preferences can be accessed through a Process Revision.

Create a new Process Revision or modify an existing Process Revision.

On the Process Revision page, click Revision Process Preferences.

How do you specify Revision Process Preferences?

You can specify the Revision Process Preferences to match the behavior that you would like in your system. Enter a Preference Name and click on Details.

Click on the loopkup icon to see the list of all properties that were setup for that product.

Select a propety name from the list.

Click on the dropdown to set property value. You can enable or disable the property by setting the value to 'Yes' or 'No'.

To add more rows, click on 'Add Property'.

After adding preference properties, click OK.

Similarly, click on '+' to add more revision preferences rows. Follow the above procedure to set the preference properties.

At any given instance, you can use only one preference in the process by setting it as default. Click on the check box corresponding to the preference and click Save.
