Legal Entity Driver is an attribute chosen for processing I-9s in an organization. The system is delivered with Company set as default value. The value can be changed based on how you want to perform employment eligibility verification. For example: If you want to perform employment eligibility verification at the Business Unit level, you can change the Legal Entity Driver value to Business Unit. This value has an impact on DHS client Setup that is used to set up the user and password information For legal entities that are participating in E-Verify, it is necessary to have an account set in DHS Client for accessing the USCIS E-Verify system
