How to add process constants?

To add process constants for different effective datesthe given effective date, click Add Constant. 

Enter values in the new row added.

If you want to create a new set of constants with different effective date, click Add.

Another A row is added in the sequence. Enter the effective date and add constants. The date added must be greater than its previous effective date.

The below error message is displayed if the sequence is not followed in the effective dates.
