How do you access I-9 Insight?

Click the Menu icon and then scroll down to Reports/Dashboards. Click I-9 Insight.

Graphs

Hovering over any segment in any graph shows the associated sub-category name and the total number of items in that sub-category.

Clicking on a segment presents a popup with the details related to that segment.

Clicking on the I-9 ID again takes you to the E-Verify activity that is pendingfor that I-9 ID.

The IE-9 information is displayed as below. In this case, since the I-9 status is Section 1 signed, the page is showing completed activity of Section 1. The I-9 details are allowed to view, but the user cannot perform any action from here.

The Document Substate chart shows counts of the number of I-9 IDs in each substate in the system.
