This option allows System Administrators to access user details in their organization. The System Administrators can just view can view the user information but cannot make any changes to them.

How do you access user Directory?

Click on the Elastic Search Elasticsearch icon. Select Directory as the Category and enter the keyword. In this case, we have entered an email id as the keyword. Click Search button.
