Additional processes that are initiated through self service actions can be terminated by the using "Cancel last actions". If candidates wish to undo the last initiated self service action, they can use this option before submitting the process to HR/I-9 Specialists for review.

When this option is used, there should be a process running initiated by the candidate, . Otherwise, the following error message displays on the page.

Once Submit the process is submitted to HR is completed, the self service process , it cannot be terminated . The following error message displays on the pageby the candidate. Since the process is now routed to I-9 Admin/Specialist, they can terminate the process that is initiated by the candidate.

The process now routes to the I-9 Admin/Specialist for completing the Section 2 activity. Pending Section 2 activity can be accessed through My Tasks console or Elasticsearch My Tasks:

In case if I-9 Admin/Specialist wants to terminate the process, they can use "Undo Last Filing" action which is available through I-9 Console/Elasticsearch.
