In case if If I-9 Admin/Specialist wants to terminate the process, they can use "Undo Last Filing" action which is available through I-9 Console/Elasticsearch.
I-9 Console:
For the selected I-9, click on "Info and Actions" and select "Undo Last Filing" under Actions.
