The HR Specialist will receive an email regarding the completion of the New Hire's prescreening information.

After the New Hire has completed the first part of their onboarding process, the HR Specialist will see activities that are available for them to perform for the New Hire when they click My Tasks in their menu.

After you have performed the actions in the text, check the acknowledge box, then click Electronically Acknowledged.

After you have confirmed that all of the prescreen activities have been completed, that the results are positive, and the New Hire can proceed, check the acknowledge box, then click Electronically Acknowledged.

 
PreScreen Audit

 



Pre-Screen Audit is the final Prescreen activity.  After completion, an email is sent to the New Hire notifying them that the HR review is complete and that they can resume their onboarding process.
