Restart Section 1

Click on the "Restart Section 1" Let us consider an invitation with I-9 Section 2 pending. 'Complete I-9' activity showing as pending in My Tasks Console is given below:

When the restart action is performed, the process state of the transaction changes to the 'Restarted' state which can be viewed by navigating to Invitation Console/Elasticsearch Invitation category.

Before restarting the Section 1 activity from Section 2, let us check the process state of the above invitation through Invitation Console or in Elasticsearch Invitations category.

To perform 'Restart Section 1', click on 'Restart Section 1' button provided at the bottom of the Section 2 activitypage.

The Restart Activities page opens up as shown below.

Select Restart Group as 'Restart I-9 Section 1', enter the comment Comment and click Submit.

Click OK on the message to confirm the restart process.

The page navigates to Process Viewer and shows new hire activities (Section 1 & Submit to HR) as pending.

The New Hire gets the following email notification about the I-9 Section 1 restart.
