To create the first Smart Form as part of the Employment Agreement, click the Menu icon. Select Create Revision under Revisions.

Note: Perform this step only if any data specific to the Employment Agreement has to be captured/displayed or inputted while creating invitation. After an Employment Agreement has been created and added in the process (as mentioned in Step 2 and Step 3 in the following sections), the form fields added in this step will show while creating the New Hire's invitation for capturing the details specific to the Employment Agreement that is selected in the invitation. For details on how the data is entered on the invitation, please click here.
