Linking of the invitations is possible only if "Allow same user account for multiple invitations" option is checked in the Authentication Preferences. If this option is unchecked, an error message will display when the user clicks on the "Link Invitation" link in the Invitation Personalization page. 




To link the invitations to their existing account, the users have to use the code given in the invitation email.




After login, click on the Menu icon and navigate to Invitation Personalization under My Account.
