Copy all jar files from your installation appserver directory to all of your appserver $PS_HOME/appserv/classes folder. SmartProducts are usually shipped with the following jar files.

b) Either using a GUI tool or using a shell copy this jar to the following webserver directory
<<PS_CFG_HOME>>webserv/<<DOMAIN>>/applications/peoplesoft/lib/
