If you do not need an attribute that is provided, you can inactivate it in the Attribute Preferences. The attributes that are inactivated will not show up in the configuration of process level Attribute Preferences as well as in the invitation and CJD pages. These inactivated . The attribute will stay in the system, so you can activate it again when needed.

Note: Attributes that have the "Invitation Field" unchecked in process level attribute preferences , but it will not show up in the runtime invitation page. Similarly, attributes which have "CJD Field" unchecked, will not show up in the runtime CJD page.

Since the inactivated attributes are not available in the process level Attribute Preferences, they cannot be configured to appear in the invitation and CJD pages. Hence, the inactivated attributes do not show up in invitation as well as CJD pages.

To reactivate the attributes, check the "Active" checkbox in organization level Attribute Preferences and save. After reactivation, the attributes will reappear in the process level Attribute Preferences.Check the box again to reactivate it.
