How to change your user profile information?
Navigate to the Manage My Profile page. You On this page, you can change your name, email, phone, and address information.
If your organization's Authentication Preferences has Two Factor authentication enabled, when you change your "Preferred Email Address" or "Preferred Phone Number you are sent a code to enter " you will need to verify the new email address or the phone number.
In this example, the Preferred Email Address is updated with a new email address. Click on "Send Verification Code" to verify the email.

Enter the verification code and click on "Verify". If the code is not received, click on "Resend Verification Code".

If the entered code is correct, the Preferred Email Address is successfully verified.

make other changes as needed. Add Home Address/Mailing Address if not entered. You can check the "Same as Home Address" checkbox if your Mailing Address is the same as your Home Address.
When your changes are complete, click on "Save".
