How to download signed forms?

If you would like to download and print or save the forms that you have completed, click "Download Signed Forms".

You will notice a file downloaded at the bottom of the page. Click on the downloaded file to open it.

The zip folder contains the documents that the New Hire has completed.

Click on Submit to HR for Review.

Once submitted, the activity shows as completed with date and time stamp details.

How to complete Submit to HR activity?

After completing all the activities, submit the process to HR for review by clicking on "Submit to HR for Review" button. This will complete the onboarding process. Once submitted, you cannot edit any of the onboarding activities. So, if there are any edits to be made to the forms/activities, make sure you complete them before submitting the process to HR.

Once completed, the home page shows no pending or outstanding tasks and onboarding progress as 100% complete.




An email will be sent to the candidate confirming their You will receive the following email confirming that your onboarding process is complete.

The HR Admin will also receive an email regarding the onboarding information submitted by the candidate you for HR review.
