The Smart Onboarding application supports configuring different invitation email notifications for the following attributes. Before you configure the notifications for the attribute, make sure the notification templates are already created through Content Revision. Configure the notification template in Manage Attribute page for the selected attribute and create the New Hire invitation by giving that attribute in the invitation.
Note: If notification templates for multiple attributes are configured and these attributes are given in the New Hire invitation, then the notification template of first given attribute is considered. For example, if attribute notifications for Department and Job Code are configured and both of them are selected in the New Hire invitation, then the Department notification will only be sent to the candidate.
