All Smart Onboarding users can provide their feedback through this option. Organizations will have the Feedback enabled by default.

If required System Administrators will be able to hide this option through a setup page.has an option in the setup page if required to disable the feature in their Organization. . 

How to enable/disable the Feedback option?

The System Administrators can enable/disable Feedback option in from their Organization Management setup.

In the Organization Management page, the Enable Feedback dropdown shows "Enable" and "Disable" options. By default the Feedback will be enabled.
