All Smart Onboarding users can provide their feedback on Smart Onboarding application or process through this option. When feedback is submitted an email notification will be sent to Smart ERP with the feedback details.

All Organizations will have the Feedback feedback feature enabled by default. Only the System Administrators has have an option in the setup page if required to disable this feature in the their Organization. .
