Free-form attributes are external additional attributes that Smart ERP can be added to the invitation by Smart ERP add to invitations upon customer request. These attributes are product-specific to the product and can be configured in the setup for any organization.
Once defined, the attribute will appear on the invitation's "Attributes" page for all current and previous transactions. Based on requirements, the attribute can be set as mandatory, and its value can be configured with a specific length limit. If the attribute is set as required in the setup, it the value must be filled in; otherwise, an error message will be displayed upon saving the invitation.
Given below is an example of a free-form attribute field added in an invitation.

Since Depending on the attribute setup, if it is defined as required in the setup, the following error message displays if the value is not entered in the field.

The value entered in the attribute field is saved and can be viewed on the Review Invitation page.

The invitation attributes can also be viewed via Keyword Search "Invitations" category. Search for the given invitation in Keyword Search "Invitations" category and or configured with a fixed length, the system will trigger the corresponding error messages when these conditions are not met upon saving the invitation.

If the entered value meets the configured conditions, you can proceed with saving and launching the invitation. The availability of this value for editing will depend on its setup.

The attribute value associated with an invitation can also be viewed through Keyword Search under the "Invitations" category.
To view the attribute details, search for the specific invitation in Keyword Search under the "Invitations" category, then select "View Attributes" from the available actions.

Note: When this If the attribute is removed from the setup, the field will no longer appear on the invitation page. However, the attribute can still be observed in Keyword Search under the "View Attributes" option., but it will still be visible under the External Attributes section.
