System Setup Administrative Users are broken down into three distinct Role Types that have varying degrees of responsibility. This table gives high level descriptions of their access and responsibilities.

Business Users are broken down into five Role Types: Recruiter, HR AdminSpecialist, I-9 AdminSpecialist, E-Verify AdminSpecialist, Help Desk AdminAnalyst.

This table gives high level descriptions of their access and responsibilities. Business Users interact with the New the New Hire. Through the online system, they are able to process New Hires in order to legally hire them.

  • Create cases with DHS through the Smart E-Verify process
  • Work with New Hires through the E-Verify process
Help Desk AdministratorAnalyst
  • Handle New Hire security issues like password resets and locks.
