What is a Content Administrator?

A Content Administrator only has access to content setup actions of the Smart Onboarding system.  You may can have any number of Content Administrators.

Content Administrator Responsibilities
  • Perform content configuration like Make content additions and changes such as Text Catalogs, Mixed Content, Images etc.
  • Do Does not typically work with the New Hires but do does work with the Business Users to gather requirements for the onboarding system.

Note: A Content manager does not have access to the New Hire process including Invitations and Candidate Console.
