Smart Onboarding users can change their password information using Manage Password option.

Who can access the Manage Password option?

Users with all roles in Smart Onboarding users can access the Manage Password option.

How do you access Manage Password?

Choose the "Manage Password" option from the left menu navigation under My Accounts.

How do you manage password?

When you click on the Manage Password option, the Change Password page is presented.  To change the current password, click the "Edit" button.

Enter your Current Password, New Password, and re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field. Ensure the new password complies with the password rules.

Once you've entered all the details, click the "Update" button.

After the password has been successfully changed, the following message will be displayed on the page.

You will also receive an email confirming the password change.

How to change your password if it is expired or expiring?

If the password has expired, the following message will display to reset your password when you login. Close the message and then enter the new password details.

Enter password fields as shown and click the "Reset Password" button. Note: Ensure the new password complies with the password rules.

If the password is expiring, the message will display as below.

Click "Reset Later" to postpone the password reset.

If you want to continue with the password reset, enter the password fields and click "Reset Password".
