This option allows to configure and share adhoc reports among large set of users in your organization. This is very useful as you can set the criteria to make the reports available to specific users.

Who can access the adhoc reports configuration?

Users with System Administrator and Process Administrator roles can access the adhoc reports configuration.

How do you access the adhoc reports configuration?

The access the configuration setup for adhoc reports, create a new Process Revision and click "Configure Adhoc Reports" on the Process Revision page.

Click on the lookup icon to see the list of all PDF Template attachments. Make sure the attachment is already available in the system. Select any PDF that you would like to attach.

To view the attachment, click on the out arrow next to the attachment.

Set criteria by clicking the "Define Criteria" link.

This will let you define the routing criteria. By defining this, you can make the report available to all users specified in the participant pool without any restriction or only when the criteria condition is met.

Once the criteria is set, save the details.

Click on the dropdown to select the participant pool (users) to whom you want to make this report available.

You can also add another set of participant pool (users) if needed. After adding the details, click "Save".

The attached report will be accessible to the specified users via the downloads section on the Process Viewer page.

Where to access adhoc reports?

Based on the adhoc reports configuration, the specified users can view the reports by clicking the Download Signed Forms/Download Attachments/Download Packet options on the Process Viewer page.
