Enter values in the fields as shown below and click Save.

Preferred Name
The fields to enter preferred names display on EBI only when "EnablePreferredNameonEBI" is set to "ON" in Product preferences.

National ID or Tax Identifier
National ID:
Based on the property setup in Product Preferences, the National ID/Tax Identifier fields appearing on the page differ. If "showNationalIDOnCWRBI" is set to "ON" the National ID option shows on the page with SSN fields.

Enter the Social Security Number in the Nation ID fields:

The following error message shows if you don't enter the Social Security Number.

If it is entered wrong, then the error message displays as below:

Confirm Social Security Number is also a required field. The following error message displays if the value is not entered.

If the entered Social Security Number do not match with the Confirm Social security Number, the error displays as below.

If you have applied for Social Security Number and waiting for it, click on the check box for "Applied for SSN". After receiving Social Security Number, update the same to your employer. For details, please click here.

Tax Identifier:
If "showTaxIDOnCWRBI" is set to "ON", then the page has option for both SSN and TINboth Social Security Number and Tax Identification Number.

You can choose to enter one option, either SSN or TINSocial Security Number or Tax Identification Number.

Entering either one of the numbers is mandatory. Otherwise, the system will throw error when you save the Biographic Information.

SSN
If you click on the radio button for Social security Number, the fields to enter SSN displays as below. Entering the values in SSN and Confirm SSN fields is required before you save the activity.

Error message triggers if no value is entered in the SSN field.

if SSN is entered wrong, message displays to enter the correct format.

Make sure to re-enter the SSN in Confirm Social Security Number. The system displays error message if the value is not entered.

If the entered Social Security Number do not match with the Confirm Social security Number, the error displays as below.

If Tax Identification Number is selected, then the fields to enter TIN shows on the page.
