All Smart Onboarding users can provide their submit feedback on Smart Onboarding the application or onboarding process through this option. When feedback is submitted the details will be feature. Upon submission, the feedback details are sent to Smart ERP via an email notification. All Organizations will have the feedback feature This feature is enabled by default . Only the System Administrators have an option in the setup page if required to disable this feature in their Organization. . Organization Management setup for all organizations, but System Administrators can disable it for their organization if needed.

Users with System Administrators can enable/disable Feedback option from their Organization Management setupAdministrator role can make changes to the Feedback feature in the Organization Management page.
In the Organization Management page, the Enable Feedback dropdown shows provides "Enable" and "Disable" options. By default the Feedback will be enabled. this setting is enabled for all organizations.
Example of a System Administrator homepage when the Feedback feature is enabled. The "Feedback" button shows on the right scroll bar of the page:
If you wish to disable Feedbackthis option showing up on pages, select "Disable" option in the Organization Management page in the Enable Feedback dropdown and save. This will remove Feedback on all the pages in the Organization.

To provide the feedback, click on the "Feedback" button to access the Feedback page. Enter the fields that are mandatory and attach file(files) if necessary. Click Submit.

How to view Feedback?
Click the feedbacks provided by users. Click on the menu icon and scroll down to "Feedback". Click the Feedback section and select the "View Feedback" option.
