SmartERP integrates with ADP and automatically syncs the user data. Hence, if the user has already been added in ADP and is assigned to Smart Onboarding app, then the data automatically flows to Smart Onboarding without the need to add this new user in Smart Onboarding portal.

Login to ADP Workforce and click on "My Apps". Hover over the Smart Onboarding app and click the settings icon.
Click on the "Assign Users" link.

Click on Import Users to import all users that you may want to assign to the Smart Onboarding app.
Place a check mark next to each user that you want to assign to the onboarding app.

Click on the users name to open their account.
All of their personal information is populated from their ADP account. Scroll down the screen to the "Onboarding - Roles" section.
Click "Add" and select the role you want to assign to the user. If you want to add an additional role, click the "Add" button again and select the next role. There is not a limit to how many roles you can add to a user.

Login to ADP. Click on the “handbag” icon at the top of the screen.
A new page will open showing the apps you are assigned to in Marketplace. Left click on the Smart Onboarding app to be taken to the onboarding system.
