This completes the New Hire's process and the process routes to HR tasks. The I-9/HR The HR tasks that are pending can be viewed in process viewer as shown below.
In this restarted process, the HR activities - 'Verify Information', 'Complete Job details', 'Send Candidate Data to HR' do not open up and the process routes to Complete I-9 activity.
Hence for this reason, the latest process state after candidate's 'Submit to HR' activity shows as 'System Update Completed'.

After completing Submit to HR, the process routes to I-9 Specialist for completing HR Tasks - Complete I-9 activity.
After completing Section 2 activity (Complete I-9), the E-Verify Specialist will be able to create new E-Verify case for the restarted activity and complete the flow.

Click OK on the message to confirm the restart process.

The page navigates to Process Viewer and shows Complete I-9 activity as pending under HR Tasks. If it is a New Hire scenario the process switches to Section 2 whereas in case of rehire the process switches to Section 3.
