After completing Submit to HR, the process state for this transaction gets updated with the latest status. This completes the New Hire's process and the process routes to HR tasks. The HR tasks that are pending can be viewed in process viewer as shown below.
In this restarted process, the HR activities - 'Verify Information', 'Complete Job details', 'Send Candidate Data to HR' do not open up and the process routes to Complete I-9 activity.
Hence for this reason, the latest process state after candidate's 'Submit to HR' activity shows as 'System Update Completed'.
