How can you access Manage Profile?

There are two ways to access Manage Profile.  Either method can be used.

Navigate to the The My Profile page . The page displays the information that was entered on your invitation. If needed, you can change your if there is any change in the name, email, phone, and or the address information, you may update those details on this page.

Note: The Preferred Email Address/Preferred Phone Number displaying on this page will be considered for verifying the contact information during user login authentication. 

If your organization 's Authentication Preferences has has Two-Factor authentication Authentication enabled , when you change in its Authentication Preferences, updating your "Preferred Email Address" or "Preferred Phone Number" you will need to verify requires verification of the new email address or the phone number (with Preferred Phone Number (applicable only when the Country Code of the Preferred Phone Number is equal to "001"). This verification is necessary before saving the details on this page.

Upon updating the Preferred Email Address/Preferred Phone Number, it will be used for verifying user contact information during the authentication step.

In case if the Country Code of the Preferred Phone Number is not equal to "001", you will not be asked to verify the phone number.

In this example, the Preferred Email Address is updated with a new email address. Click on "Send Verification Code" to verify the email.

A code will be sent to the updated email address.

Enter the verification code and click on "Verify". If the code is not received, click on "Resend Verification Code".

If the entered code is correct, the Preferred Email Address is successfully verified.

Similarly, you can update and verify the Preferred Phone Number.

Note: The updated Preferred Email Address/Preferred Phone Number will be considered in identity verification of the user during login authentication step. For more details, please click here.

Make other changes as needed. Add Home Address/Mailing Address if not entered. You can check the "Same as Home Address" checkbox if your Mailing Address is the same as your Home Address.

When your changes are complete, click on "Save".

The following message will display after the changes are saved

The changes that have been made to your profile are sent to your preferred email as shown here.
