Reports/Dashboards allows the System Administrator to look at the categories and overall data of the users System and Business Users and New Hires (Candidates). This is useful when you need to know how many employees you have on in each department, among other statistics. The information is in well-organized graphs and charts, easily understood due to these visuals. These metrics are extremely important to create and track a Business Plan and overall goalsThe user can drill down from graphs to see the details of the data that drives the graphs, and can navigate to view or edit the detailed information.
