These are the automatic emails that are sent to any user users and new hires after an action was is taken. There is a For templates that can be modified, there are subject and content (the email's message) that can be created or modified by Tenant System Administrators, Configuration ManagersProcess Administrators, or Content ManagersAdministrators.  Note that Content Managers Administrators can only create or modify the content.  They will need assistance from a Tenant System Administrator or Configuration Manager Process Administrator to bring the modified content into use in the product.

 

What Notification Templates that are included in the standard product can be modified?

These are the automatic emails that are sent to any user after an action was taken. There is a subject and content (the email's message) that can be created or modified by Tenant Administrators, Configuration Managers, or Content Managers.  Note that Content Managers can only create or modify the content.  They will need assistance from a Tenant Administrator or Configuration Manager to bring the modified content into use in the product.

 

These are the standard notification templates that are related to activation, blocking, suspension, or purging of the OrganizationMany of the delivered Notification Templates can be modified, while some cannot.  The table below lists all of the delivered templates that can be modified.

How do I create a new Notification Template?

You can create your own Notification Templates, and add them to the onboarding process.

Click on the Menu Icon, then click on Add/Update Revision.
