What is Revision Insight?
Revision Insight shows the following metrics related to revisions:
- Process Revisions by Statusstatus
- Content Revisions by Statusstatus
- Revision Creation by users
Who can access Revision Insight?
The following checked Role Types can access Revision Insight.

How do you access Revision Insight?
Click the Menu menu icon and then scroll down to Revisions. Click Revision Insight.

What sections are included in the Revision Insight?

Clicking on a segment presents a popup with the details related to that segment. The popup below shows the list of Content Revisions with status 'In Progress'.

In this example, the Content Revision graph for the "Completed" status is selected.

This will display a popup page with all the Content Revisions related to that segment. If the logged-in user's role (System Administrator) has data export permissions, an "Export to Excel" button will appear at the top right of the page.
Clicking the "Export to Excel" button will download the results as an excel to your local computer.

Clicking on any revision number will navigate to the Create Revision page, where the revision details can be verified by using appropriate search fields.
