Smart Onboarding users can change their password information using Manage Password option.
Who can access the Manage Password option?
Users with all roles in Smart Onboarding users with all role types can access the Manage Password option.
How do you access Manage Password?
Select Choose the "Manage Password" under My Accounts option from the left menu navigation under My Accounts.
How do you manage password?
When you click on the Manage Password option, the Change Password page is presented. Click To change the current password, click the "Edit" button.
Enter your Current Enter your Current Password, New New Password, and re-enter your the new password in the Confirm Password field. The Ensure the new password must conform to complies with the password rules. After entering
Once you've entered all the details, click the "Update" button.
After the password updatehas been successfully changed, the following message will be displayed on the page.

If the password has expired, a the following message would will display to reset your password when you login. Click the "Close" buttonClose the message and then enter the new password details.
Enter password fields as shown and click the "Reset Password" button. Note: Ensure the new password complies with the password rules.
If the password is expiring, the message would will display as below.
Click "Reset Later" to postpone the password reset.
If you want to continue with the password reset, enter the password fields and click "Reset Password".
