What is the Invitation Insight?
Invitation Insight shows the following metrics related to New Hire (Candidate) invitations and their onboarding process:
- Totals for invitations by status - Total, In Progress, Completed, Force Completed, and Terminated
- Invitation Status graph
- Start Date Aging graph
- Restarted Invitations graph
- Process State graph
- Onboarding Activities totals by activity and bar chart
- Onboarding Steps totals by step and bar chart
- Graphs with totals for Companies, Business Units, Departments, Job Codes, and Locations
Who can access the Invitation Insight?
Users with the following roles can access the Invitation Insight:
Smart Onboarding product: System Administrator, HR Specialist, Recruiter
Smart I-9 E-Verify product: System Administrator, I-9 Specialist
How do you access the Invitation Insight?
Click the menu icon and select "Invitation Insight" under Invitations.

What can you do on the Invitation Insight Page?
The different charts of Invitation Insight page is shown below.

Hovering over any segment in any graph will display the associated sub-category name and the total number of New Hires/Invitations in that sub-category.

Clicking on the segment presents a popup with the details related to that segment.
The page will include a "Export to Excel" button if the logged-in user's role has been granted data export capability. In situations where a user possesses multiple roles, access to data export functionality remains available in the Invitation Insight, if at least one of the following roles possesses such capabilities: System Administrator, HR Specialist, or Recruiter for Smart Onboarding product; System Administrator or I-9 Specialist roles for Smart I-9 E-Verify products.
By clicking on this button, the user can download the data as an excel file to the local computer.

To view invitation details of any specific invitation, click on its corresponding Invitation ID link.

This will display the summary page for the corresponding invitation. Again, click on the Invitation ID link on the summary page to view the invitation details.

Information on the invitation can be changed if the invitation status allows.
Hovering and clicking are available on any of the segments of any of the graphs.
