What is User Onboarding?

To use the Smart Onboarding system, all users must agree to Smart ERP's Electronic Disclosure for System Use. When you first log in, you must electronically sign the Electronic Disclosure form. You cannot access any Smart Onboarding features until this is completed.

When do you need to complete the User Onboarding process?

User Onboarding should be completed after you finish the self-registration and create your login account.

How do you access the User Onboarding process?

When you log into the system for the first time, the welcome page will display as below. Click the "Get Started" button and the Electronic Disclosure for System Use page will be presented.

Note: You may encounter additional verification steps, such as challenge questions and two-factor authentication, before reaching the welcome page if these features are enabled in the organization.

What do you need to do to complete the User Onboarding process?

Smart ERP requires that you read, understand, and acknowledge the terms and conditions of system use.  

What activities are included in the User Onboarding process? 

User onboarding process consists of 2 activities:

  • Electronic Disclosure
  • Complete User Onboarding


To complete the Electronic Disclosure, check the acknowledgment checkbox and click the "Electronic Acknowledgment" button.

Your User Onboarding is complete.  You must log out and log in again to start using the system.

You will also receive the following email after completing the User Onboarding process.



If the user is the initial System Administrator for the organization, the contact details will not be included in the email since the organization and user contacts have not been created yet.

Only after the Organization Onboarding is completed by the initial System Administrator, the organization will be activated, allowing the System Administrator to start creating user contacts.




What happens after User Onboarding?

There are 2 things that can happen after User Onboarding:
