Candidate Insight shows the following metrics related to New Hire (Candidate) invitations and their onboarding process:
- Totals for invitations by status - Total, In Progress, Completed, Force Completed, and Terminated
- Invitation Status graph
- Start Date Aging graph
- Restarted Invitations graph
- Process State graph
- Onboarding Activities totals by activity and bar chart
- Onboarding Steps totals by step and bar chart
- Graphs with totals for Companies, Business Units, Departments, Job Codes, and Locations

Hovering over a segment in a graph shows the associated sub-category name and the total number of New Hires (Candidates) in that sub-category.

Clicking on a segment presents a popup with the details related to that segment.

Scrolling down, there is Process State – hover over a bar and it will state clearly what the graph says for that category.
Locations does the same when you hover over any dot.
Once again, click on any of the bars or dots and it will pull up more information on the specific New Hires (Candidates) that fit into that category.

On the left, start Date Aging refers to how timely the new hire has been in completing their invitation.
On the right, Terminated Invitations shows the reasons indicated on why the invitation was terminated.
