What is My Profile?
My Profile page allows users to change their account information.

When can My Profile be accessed?
My Profile can be accessed at any time.
How can you access My Profile?
There are two ways to access My Profile. Either method can be used.
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the page on the navigation bar. Select My Profile from the drop-down list.

2. Click the Menu icon. Click My Profile and navigate to My Account.

How can you change your user security information?
You can change your user security information by using the links on the My Profile page as described below.
How to change your password
Navigate to the My Profile page.
Click Change Password.

The Change Password page is presented. Click Edit.

Enter your Current Password, New Password, and re-enter your new password for Confirm Password. The new password must conform to the password rules.

How to change your e-Pin
Navigate to the My Profile page.
Click Change e-Pin.

The Change e-Pin page is presented. Click Edit.

Enter your Current e-PIN, your New e-PIN, then re-enter your new e-Pin for Confirm e-PIN. The new e-Pin must conform to the e-Pin rules.
Click Update.

How to manage your challenge questions
Navigate to the My Profile page.
Click on Manage Challenge Questions.

Change your Questions and Answers. When your changes are complete, click Update.
An email is sent listing the changes that have been made to your account.
How to unlink external accounts
Navigate to the My Profile page.
Click on Unlink External Accounts.
The Unlink External Accounts page is presented. It contains the list of third party provider accounts that you are linked to.
Click on Unlink Account of an account type that you want to unlink.
A delete confirmation message is displayed. Click Yes to confirm.
You will notice that the row belonging to the unlinked account is deleted from the page. Click OK.
You can again create a link to the external account by clicking on the provider's name on the login page and entering your User ID and Password.
How can you change your user profile information?
Navigate to the My Profile page. You can change your name, email, phone, and address information.
If your organization's .Authentication Preferences has Two Factor authentication enabled, when you change your Preferred Email Address or Preferred Phone Number you are sent a code to enter to verify the email address or phone.
You can check the Same as Home Address checkbox if your Mailing Address is the same as your Home Address.
When your changes are complete, click Save.
