What are Reports/Dashboards?

Reports/Dashboards allows the System Administrator to look at the categories and overall data of the System and Business Users and New Hires (Candidates). This is useful when you need to know how many employees you have in each department, among other statistics. The information is in well-organized graphs and charts, easily understood due to these visuals. The user can drill down from graphs to see the details of the data that drives the graphs, and can navigate to view or edit the detailed information.

How can you access Reports/Dashboards?

• Using the Menu Icon, the System Administrator can access all of the categories of Report/Dashboards.
• Note: 'More' will show the 'User Insight' category

Click More to see the remaining Reports/Dashboards.

Additionally, Business Users can access certain Reports/Dashboard from their menus. 

An HR Specialist can access Candidate Insight from their Menu.

An I-9 Specialist or E-Verify Specialist can access I-9 Insight from their menu.
