Legal Entity Driver is an attribute chosen for processing I-9s in an organization. The system is delivered with Company set as default value. The value can be changed based on how you want to perform employment eligibility verification. For example: If you want to perform employment eligibility verification at the Business Unit level, change the Legal Entity Driver value to Business Unit.
