This page allows users to define constants that can be used across different business processes in an organization.

Who can access Process Defaults?

Only System Administrators can access Process Defaults.

How to access Process Defaults?

Click the Menu icon and navigate to Process Defaults under Product Setup.




How do you define process defaults?

If you know the Business process ID, enter in the search field. Otherwise, click Search on the Process Constants page.




This will display the Business processes existing in the organization. Click on any Business Process ID.




Enter Constant ID, description, value and click Save. Now the constant value can be used anywhere in the Business Process.




How to add process constants?

To add process constants for different effective dates, click Add.




Another row is added in the sequence. Enter the effective date and add constants.
