The Submit to HR activity is the last task in the New Hire's onboarding process. If there is any activity pending by the candidate, the system will not allow New Hire to access Submit to HR unless the pending activity is marked as optional in the process. Once submit to HR is completed, the New Hire's onboarding will be 100% complete. 

Can a New Hire complete Submit to HR without completing the previous activities?

The Submit to HR activity will not open up for the New Hire unless the required activities are completed.

In the below example, Submit to HR is showing as locked since I-9 Section 1 is not completed. 




After completing the pending activity (Section 1), Submit to HR opens up for the New Hire. 




If there are optional activities in the onboarding process, then the New Hire can complete Submit to HR even when the optional activities are pending.

Example: The New Hire is able to complete Submit to HR even if the optional activity is pending

After completing Submit to HR, the home page shows no pending or outstanding tasks and the onboarding progress of the New Hire displays as 100% complete. 



 

What details are included in Submit to HR?

The submit to HR activity includes the details of previous activities that are filled in by the candidate.

How to download signed forms?

If you would like to download and print or save the forms that you have completed, click Download Signed Forms.

You will notice a file downloaded at the bottom of the page. Click on the downloaded file to open it.




The zip folder contains the documents that the New Hire has completed.

Click on Submit to HR for Review.

Once submitted, the activity shows as completed with date and time stamp details.

The home page shows no pending or outstanding tasks and onboarding progress as 100% complete.




An email will be sent to the candidate confirming their onboarding process is complete.




The HR Admin will also receive an email regarding the onboarding information submitted by the candidate for HR review.
